There is always a question in my mind- Can I help people living better with out Criticism but with twitter. Today, I can tell you that you can. I will provide each step which helps you to achieve your goal. Twitter is an social media which allows you to keep contact with your friend and sharing information. Some business use twitter to contact with their customers by providing updated information about their productions. there are always some people seek this opportunity to make some money online. How the twitter used is not the concern of this article.

I. Avoid suspension
Before you would like to make millions with your twitter account, you may want to know how to avoid your account being suspended by twitter. I urge you to read the terms and condition of twitter carefully, before opening your accounts. There are many reasons that your account was suspended by the twitter's robot, but through my experience, the most common factors are

1. Spamming
The definition of spamming is not cleared in the twitter terms and conditions. It may mean that you have post only for business promotion. Repetitiveness in posting the same messages or links, etc.

2. Not your personal messages
If you post only link to website, or link from other source, it may cause your account being suspended, because there is nothing personal or not yours. To void this, write something interest about yourself or make up some.

3. Blocked by followers
Although twitter has not specified the percentage of which your account is blocked by other twitter users, but it is there. To avoid this, do not using method of follow then unfollowed after users have followed you back. Consistently use of this method can get them mad, they will block you. By the time you know what happen, your account is suspended and can not be retreated.

4. Using tweeting software
The terms and conditions state clearly, that you can only use any tweeting software to auto follow back. Other than that, it can cause your account being suspended. So be careful on this.

5. Aggressive following
If you follow more than some percentage of people everyday, you may be suspended for aggressive following. You can retreat you account if you promise not to do that again. To avoid this, out of 1000 following allowed, follow no more than 400 twitter users everyday. Why it is 400? The 400 is the random number that is used because you can follow that number safely for everyday, without worry about the message of " You can not follow any more user" from twitter.

6. Etc.
The worst thing happens is you wake one day and find out that your account is suspended. You waste all your time and effort.....I don't know what else to say!

II. Let us start to make million dollars with twitter 

Open your account with twitter .
There are many thing that you should do before opening an account with twitter

A. What is you twitter account website. where you will lead your followers to, what types of information that you can provide?
To solve this problem, think of what information that you want to provide, think of the keyword weightloss? Grocery, make money online. What ever you decide? then

a. Open your free website
You can go Blogger, Blog.ca, blog.com., etc. to open a blog with them. All you need is a proper email address.

b. Contents of your site
Since you have decided on some key words, you can go to Articlebase, or Ezinearticles to select some experts articles by using the same keywords. Copy and paste them to your site, remember to leave all link intact to avoid all the copy right problems that may interfere with your plan of making millions with twitter. (You can also put some advertisements at the end of the article so you can make some money, if you reader choose to buy)

c. Open your account with twitter
Do not use your email address which you use to contact friend, at working but a NEW EMAIL address, because you will receive hundred of emails from people you follow or people follow you and you don't want them to interfere with important messages. You will need to confirm to complete your registration with twitter. If you like you can go through messages which sent to you by your follower.

d. Now you can post your first message
Go to bit.ly to shorten you URL. There is only 140 characters that you can post your message. Post the article that you past on your site. Reply some of the messages, if you like, post some of personal thing or make up some. Then out of key word in searching, follow 400 twitter users. For each user, you only follow no more than first 60, including all already followed by you. The reason is guaranteed that all users who you followed are active twitter users. At the last page, chose the user with similar keyword and keep repeating until you get a total of 400. Out of that you will get about half of them follow you back. The time consuming is about 15 minutes, assuming you don't tweet again on the day.

After first day, everything seems to work perfectly. You repeat this method of posting until you reach first 2000 following. The problem occurs, if you have reached first 2000 followings with not enough followers. Twitter now not allows you to follow any more people and the rule of 10% applied (Although twitter does not say anything about 10% rule, but all users know it). What that means is you can only follow 10% more than your followers. To solve this problem, I am direct you to my previous article, which you help you to solve this problem

Since twitter using authorization of oath to sign up, many softwares which engage in auto unfollowing are become obsoleted.

In one year, 200 x 365= 73,000 followers in 10 years you have 730,000

To achieve 1,000,000, you need to continue to work 15 minutes a day for 40 years, if you have only one account.

2. Reduce the needy years
Let assume that you have 4 accounts in the beginning, then all you need is 10 years. Although Twitter do not say how many account one is permitted to open, but as long as you have a proper e mail address and those account do not post the same contents, I believe you are OK. What that really means? If you cross posting, you are violated the terms and conditions that can cause your accounts being suspended. To achieve that goal, you should open 4 websites by following each step of A. The problem now is you have to spend 60 minutes a day to achieve that goal.

3. Can you really sell your accounts
I don't know, some people say you can and some don't agree. Some say your account is the property of Twitter, not yours. In fact, some one have actually put their account in Ebay for auction. But in fact, selling your twitter account is not my concern, if you can, good for you, if you can not, there are many good ways to make a decent income by selling tweet on twitter account. Let's face it: a growing number of people are using Twitter these days (best stats I could find; as of April 2010,Total Users: 1.5+ million; Total Active Users: 350,000 per week; Total Twitter Messages: 4 million/day). This is a lot of people spending a lot of time on Twitter who still need to get things done. Yet many people do not know how to use twitter to it's full extent. In this article I will summarise some of the key tools that twitter has to offer to integrate it with other tools that you may be using.

If you want to spend a lot of time conversing with people on Twitter, that's great, but many people still need to get their tasks done. Let's take a look at how to do that.

Why use Twitter to get things done? Twitter isn't necessarily the best platform for getting things done but if you're already using it a lot, it might be easier or faster for you to do things while still in Twitter. Keep in mind if you're a business owner twitter is a great source of potential business leads, if you know how to tap into it - my next article!

1. Reminders: Need a quick reminder that you have an appointment, or need to follow up on something later? Follow "timer" on Twitter, and send it a direct message with a reminder time and it will ping you at that time. For example: "d timer 30 pick up Chloe".

2. To-do list: A couple of popular to-do services are on Twitter: Remember the Milk (on Twitter) and Nozbe (on Twitter). Follow them and send them direct messages to add things to your to-do list, or to check the items on your list.

3. Calendar: If you use Google Calendar (gCal), go to Twittercal, then follow gCal on Twitter and add events by sending direct messages to gCal. For example: "d gcal meeting with paul tomorrow at 7pm".

4. Delegate: If you're going through your to-do list or email and find a task that's better suited for someone else, sending that person a direct message (assuming they're on Twitter) can be quicker and easier than sending an email or making a phone call.

5. Follow up: The same applies to following up. I've done it a bunch of times; instead of opening up your email program, composing a new message, typing in the person's address and the subject line, and then writing the email ... you can just direct message them on Twitter: "d zen_habits don't forget to answer my interview questions"

6. Accountability with goals: Want some extra motivation to achieve your goals? Announce through Twitter or on your blog that you're going to post your progress updates every day on Twitter. For example, if you're trying to eat healthier, you can post everything you eat on Twitter. Trying to exercise? Post your workouts on Twitter. It's great motivation, and you can get some support and encouragement from your Twitter friends.

7. Get info or ideas quickly: If you have a good Twitter network, you can ask a question and usually get a few responses quicker than many other methods. I've gotten website and service recommendations, ideas for a post I was writing, restaurant recommendations, people interested in a job, and more.

8. Do real work: It's possible to do real work on Twitter - people have written stories or posts by writing them in little chunks in Twitter. It might be worth a try. But if that doesn't work, my strongest recommendation is to turn Twitter off when you need to do some real work. Then, when you're done, reward yourself with 10 minutes on Twitter if twittering is your thing!

1. Tweetlater: plan your tweets ahead of time and schedule delivery over time

2. TweetDeck: helps you manage your tweets and to sort through them easily

3. TweetPic: very useful tool to submit your pictures, no additional account needed other than your twitter account

4. Tweetbeep: A service to keep track of keywords through alerts that you set up. You'll get an email notification if anyone mentions you or your brand or your blog posts in their tweets.

5. StrawPoll: create a poll. Your Twitter contacts can participate in the poll by simply sending an @reply message.

6. TwitResponse: allows you to schedule delivery of your tweets - very useful if you want to set up a bunch of tweets in the future.

7. Zen Habits: Yes, you can get updates on the latest Zen Habits posts, as well as The Power of Less Tips of the Day, and more.

8. TwiTips: An excellent blog with dozens of tips for using Twitter.

So, why do people follow you on Twitter? People usually follow others on Twitter because they find the person or business interesting. Maybe they want to keep up on all the things that you're doing. Maybe they want to be the first to know about any new products or updates to existing products that you provide. They want and expect to learn more about you or your business. So how do we use that power to promote our business or product?

Now, some will say that Twitter is not for marketing your business or products. They may unfollow you because they feel you're trying to sell them something, and not contributing to what they are looking for. The thing to remember here is that you will never be able to please everyone. This is true in all aspects of life and business. If you are producing quality, useful products or services that will improve people's lives or business there's no reason to not tell your Twitter followers about it. After all, they are following you because they want to know about these things.

The main thing to remember when using Twitter to promote your products and services is that people hate to be sold. A good way to lose your following and degrade your brand overall is to try to hard sell people with Twitter.

So how do we reach the middle ground? After all, we are business people and we are looking to increase our market and ultimately our sales. The key is to remember that Twitter is a social tool. When you tweet, think of how you would take the tweet in a normal conversation. If you were at an event and the topic of what you do for a living comes up, and they ask what you do for a living. The social aspect of Twitter is pretty much the same as any other social environment. If you have a new product coming out soon, tell people about it. Don't hard sell it. Tell them what is great about it. Tell them the features and how it will help fill the needs that they are looking to fill. Build the product up through multiple tweets. Some of the big product launches from the biggest names in the world use Twitter for weeks before the product launches as way to increase market buzz. People love to be in the know of things that are new and upcoming. Giving them a little bit at a time and keeping them interested will increase your success.

From a sales perspective, you are not going to be making a sale in a 140 character message are you? The message in your tweet is going to drive your prospects to the next step. If you are using a sales page that does all the hard work with the aggressive sales techniques, by all means send people to it and let it do its job. Use your tweets to peak people's interest to get them to want to see what you're pointing to.

So, when writing a tweet, try to make sure that it doesn't read like a headline. Try to look at it from a general point of view. If someone was to retweet your tweet, would they feel that they are spamming a product? Or would they feel like they are sharing something valuable? Don't put to much hype or unbelievable claims in your tweets either. It's an instant turn off for people and they will not likely click through to your next step, let alone share it with others. Also make sure that when writing tweets, that people won't feel tricked once they see what you have linked to.
Promoting your products and services through Twitter correctly will not only increase your product/company brand positively, it will increase your sales as more people spread the word about your products and services.

Growing a large following is something many new Twitter users struggle with. They see all these big accounts with 20, 50 or even 100K followers and wonder how did they ever get there?

Today we will give you some tips and tools on how to grow your following steadily and we'll also make sure that you stay within the Twitter guidelines to avoid account suspension. There are certain practices that are not allowed and the last thing you want is to get your account suspended after you worked hard to get a decent following.

Quality or quantity?
This is the first thing you have to ask yourself. Do you want a small group of followers where you can easily keep track of the timeline and interact with everybody or do you want to grow as big as possible and utilize Twitter lists to keep up with the tweets you care about?

If you have a Twitter account for personal use the first option will probably work best for you. If you have any commercial aspirations and would like to promote your brand or business to the world market your goal will be to reach as many potential clients as possible. Growing your Twitter following is an easy and low cost method to promote your business or brand worldwide.

Tools of the trade
These are a few tools we use to manage our account. There are many more tools out there but today we will stick to the tools that work for us.

FriendorFollow
Simply enter your user name and it will show you who isn't following back, who is a fan and mutual followings. If you connect with Twitter it will also give you the option to follow or unfollow users.

Manageflitter
Similar to FriendorFollow but more advanced and it can filter your account for a variety of stats such as users without a profile image or users that are quiet or tweet a lot. There is a pro upgrade available but the basic mode has all the features an average user will need.

Socialoomph
When your account starts to grow exponentially it becomes hard to keep track of all your new followers. If you want set up a welcome message for all your new followers this is the tool to use. You can set up an auto DM and welcome new followers. DO NOT add a link to that message because that's what everybody is doing and will only tick people off. Come up with something creative and original within the 140 character limit.

There are also features that will allow you to auto tweet status updates but that is NOT done as you should keep it real on Twitter, more about this at the end of this blog post.

Twiends
Fun and addictive would be the best way to describe this tool! You can actually use this to grow your stats on Twitter, Facebook, Website and YouTube. You can earn credits for connecting with other Twiends users and use those credits to let others connect with you. Sort of like a marketplace. You can even tweak your setting to get higher quality followers and there is an option to buy credits if you don't have the time to earn credits manually.

Twellow
If you want to find followers in a specific geographical area or category this is the tool for you. It lets you search for users per city or from a directory of categories. This is great if you have a local business and you want to connect with all the Twitter users in your city for example. You can also follow and unfollow within this tool.

Now how do I get followers?
All the above will help you to manage the new followers as your account starts to grow. Obtaining new followers can done in many ways.

• Follow users from follow back lists. Many users have created lists consisting of people that returned the follow so there is a good chance those users will follow you as well if you start to follow them.
• Just Google: "follow back list twitter".
• Use the Twellow tool to find users in your niche or city and connect with them.
• Add Twitter links to your website, blog and email signature if you use one.
• Use the Twiends tool to get new followers.

As your new followers start to roll in it's time to use the account management tools such FriendorFollow and ManageFlitter. Find out who followed you back and who didn't. You can also unfollow people that didn't return the follow if you wish but DO NOT mass unfollow people or unfollow those who did return the follow.

These are bad practices that could get your account suspended. We're not celebrities that have 500K followers and only follow 10 users back. Your account should have a healthy follower ratio.
Remember that you can only follow 10% more than your follower count when you pass the 2000 follower mark. Example: 3000 followers will allow you to follow 3300 users.

Keeping it real
This is what it's all about. It's alright to try and get a large following but don't do any of the following:

• Don't spam your product link over and over again.
• Don't use auto tweet tools expect for a meaningful auto DM perhaps.
• Don't mass follow and unfollow since this could get your account suspended.
• Don't unfollow those who return the follow just to make yourself look more popular.

If you stick to these guidelines and use the above tools you can easily grow your following to any size you want.

A Beginners Guide to Twitter (Part 3)

In part three of this series we will be going over Retweets, Hashtags, link shortening, and some third party tools to help you with your Twitter Marketing success. If you have not started using Twitter yet, be sure to read the first two parts of the A Beginner's Guide to Twitter (Part 1) and (Part2) which goes over setting up your Twitter account, and the basic functions on how to use Twitter.
Let's start with Retweeting.

Retweets
While using twitter you may come across tweets that you like. They can be topics that you feel should be shared with your followers, or it could be a tip that you want to forward to your followers. You can also find tweets that you may want to respond to. This is where "Retweets" come in. Twitter's Retweet (otherwise known as "RT") feature allows you to quickly share that Tweet with all of your followers.

Retweeting is a very simple process. When you find a tweet that you want to share/forward to all of your followers, you simply hover over the tweet, and find the Retweet icon highlighted on the bottom part of the tweet. The icon is not visible until you hover over the tweet, so be sure to give it a second if you don't see it right away. When you click on the icon it will ask you to submit, and it will then Retweet the tweet to your followers.

Retweets can be tracked like most things in twitter. If you are interested to see "RT's", you can see them by selecting the "Retweets" tab toward the top of the page. You will then have a couple options. You can see all "Retweets by you", "Retweets by other", and "your tweets, Retweeted".

Hashtags
Hashtags (#tag) are another great tool to use in twitter. The common use for a Hashtag is to develop or continue a common topic for the community to track easily. Users can use search.twitter.com to keep up to date on a particular topic, or they can use it to track trends in the community. A Hashtag added to a tweet acts as a way to create categories, groups or topics for tweets.

A good example of a Hashtags use would be a group of people that are attending a seminar or workshop. While attending the event they tweet notes, or about there experiences and add a #eventname to their tweet. Doing this allows an easy reference to updates about the event. Event organizers can use this to keep an eye on trends about the event, as well as use it as a promotional tool.

Hashtags are commonly used in the news industry as well to keep people updated on daily happenings in real time. The fires in San Diego a couple years ago are a prime example of how Hashtags are used. Anyone looking to get updates on the fire would search for #sandiegofire and they would instantly get a list of the latest tweets with real time updates on what was happening.
Hashtags can also be searched for in most search tools now days. Google gives real time results for Hashtag searches. Try a search for #wonders in a separate window. You will see the "Realtime results for #wonders" towards the bottom of the page.

Link Shortening
Straight from support.twitter.com:
"There are a variety of websites that can shorten your long links, making them easier to fit into Twitter's 140 character limit. These services can provide you with a shorter version of any URL you want to share. Then, you can use the shorter version in your Tweet, and anyone who clicks on it will be redirected to the longer URL. It's that easy!"

There are a number of different tools to use for shortening your links. This is important as you always want to get your message across and not lose characters due to length of the link.

Two common places to get your links shortened are:
* http://bit.ly/
* http://tinyurl.com/

Consider third-party applications.
An entire market has been developed around Twitter. Most of the desktop applications to manage your twitter account also have built in link shortening, so be sure to look for that as well. Some of the most useful applications are:

Twitter for Facebook application. This application automatically syncs your tweets with your Facebook status. Once set up, you will never have to make another Facebook update as it will be updated every time you tweet something.

TweetGlide. This is the application that I use to manage Twitter on my desktop. It's a great application as it allows you to organize your followers by groups. They are set up in a column formation which makes it easy to see your @Mentions, Direct Messages and anything else that you want to keep on top of. TweetGlide is also a great tool for businesses and Internet Marketers as it has a built in advertising platform that allows you to help build traffic to your sites. It's a great FREE tool that you should definitely check out.

Twitter is one of those applications that are best learned by using it. The best thing to do is to just start trying it out. You can't really make that many mistakes. Try to remember that Twitters main purpose is to enjoy the adventure of communication with people online. Building a relationship with your customers and people you meet online is a rewarding thing.
